ANY PERSON who lives, works, or attends school in the Village of Briarcliff Manor may apply for a free library card.
CHILDREN who are able to write their name on the application form are eligible for a card.
TO APPLY for a card, please visit the Library and present appropriate personal identification with proof of name and street address. Acceptable identification includes items such as driver's license, tax bill, rent receipt, utility bill, or first class mail with recent postmark. A library card will be issued immediately.
