Tell Me More is a complete language learning program featuring more than 2,000 hours of learning in American English, British English, Dutch, French, German, Italian and Spanish (Spain) with Mandarin, Japanese and Arabic expected to be added in 2011. There are 5 languages to choose from for the portal (user interface). For each learning language there are learning paths that work on listening, speaking, reading and writing skills. In addition, there are reference tools for translation, a dictionary and grammar. Tell Me More can be used from the Library and from home (you will need a valid library card number to access).

1. Create an account with a user name and password.



2. Run the Computer Test (you only need to run the computer test once). Tell Me More software works with Microsoft Operating Systems and Internet Explorer 5.0 or higher. Tell Me More may work for Mac users who have Snow Leopard OSS and Safari or Internet Explorer but not Firefox.



3. You will get the message “You may not have installed the Tell Me More Components, to do this click here”.



4. If you get the message that pop-ups are blocked, click on that message and then click on “Always allow pop-ups from this site” then Retry.



5. Click on Install Auralog Components then Continue (if you get the message “This website wants to install the following add-on…” click on the message then Install ActiveX Control then Run ActiveX).



6. If you get the Security Warning, "The current webpage is trying to open a site in your trusted sites list…", click on "Yes".
